PHILIP JONGEJAN

Hailing from the Great White North, Philip Jongejan is the technical wizard that allows Productav to function. Having started his first AV company, North End Sound, in the late 90s, Philip prides himself on having a solution for just about any problem that rears it’s head!
Proud Father to three daughters, Philip is first and foremost a man of faith and a man devoted to his family. His wife, Kim Jongejan, is the Northglenn Theatrical Director, so live performances have long been a large part of his life!
Having been a former Master Electrician and with a degree in Technical Theater, Philip is one of the most qualified people in the business at making your vision come to life! A true renaissance man, you can often find Philip in his free time tinkering on his self built CNC machine, rebuilding an old car engine, or whipping up an incredible dish for his families’ infamous Monday picnics.

Born in Southwest Florida and coming from a family that moved constantly throughout his life, Jordan Roedding is highly skilled at making instant connections with people. His wife, Tabitha Hossfeld’s, biggest complaint about him is that he is constantly starting conversations with strangers, with his favorite being asking people in line at the grocery store what they are making for dinner that night.
Having worked his entire life in the hospitality industry, be it a busboy at 14 or a server/bartender in his 20s, Jordan approaches every interaction with sincerity and a desire to help. Proudly boasting about having a side hustle before it was cool, Jordan got into playing music professionally at events after years of gigging at local bars and restaurants in Florida and quickly searched for ways to get more involved in the events industry, which culminated in his hiring as an Entertainment Producer for a large event company in Denver.
With his parents as his inspiration, Jordan decided to strike out on his own and tackle entrepreneurship, which culminated in his purchasing of a small DJ production company. Shortly after the purchase of that company, Jordan and Philip began discussing joining forces, where Jordan would be the client facing side of the company and Philip would oversee technical execution. It has truly been a perfect pairing and has resulted in some spectacular events, with Productav’s eyes always being fixed on moving forward!
